Real Estate Leads that will close in 2012


For the past 15 years BIRDVIEW has worked with real estate professionals consulting them on how to build their online business.

There are two questions every real estate professionals want to know:

How to generate leads?
  • Your leads are a product of your marketing.  So how are you marketing?
    • Are you marketing to the masses- Spray and pray approach OR

    • This means consumers search for real estate online but DO NOT select agents
  •   Drove by/viewed a home: 63%

Statistics on REALTORS® in 2011
  • 50% of agents and 47% of brokers spent between $501 - $2,000 on technology for their business in the last 12 months.
  • 90.5% of REALTORS® use social media to some extent.
  • The top places where REALTORS® place their listings are REALTOR.com, their broker's website and Trulia.
  • 720 Million Real Estate Searches and 4 Million Transactions
    • Close Percentage is .5%
