Advertising Study Results

Last month, we shared the results of a recent study that confirmed that a well managed brokerage real estate website is the most efficient source of leads. In a follow up to that study, we analyzed the all important question “where do advertising dollars go the furthest”? For the answer, we looked to some 30 BIRDVIEW brokerage clients that were advertising on the Internet. Our analysis revealed that brokerages advertising on the Internet in place of other traditional advertising choices were able to:

  • Double their number of leads at a minimum
  • See as much as 60% more leads per listing
  • Save on average an estimated $42,000 per year in advertising expense
